Shipping for NouBess Branded Products

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to offer the most cost-effective and efficient delivery method based on your location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your zip code, shipping destination, and order weight.

Shipping for Affiliated & Vendor Products

  • Orders for third-party brands and affiliated vendors may have different processing and delivery timelines.
  • Processing typically takes 48-72 hours, and delivery times vary between 3-8 business days, depending on the vendor.
  • Vendors primarily ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Some affiliated products may have separate shipping fees that will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders

  • International shipping is currently limited.
  • If you are interested in international shipping, please contact info@noubess.com to check availability.

How Shipping is Calculated

  • Shipping charges are based on destination, total weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • You will be prompted to enter your zip code and state to determine the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories may take longer (3-12 days) and are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

Return Policy

We want you to love your NouBess purchase! However, if something isn’t right, please review our return guidelines below.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • NouBess reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Product-Specific Return Guidelines

NouBess Hot Sauces & Seasonings

  • Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Affiliated & Vendor Products

  • Returns for third-party products are subject to the vendor’s return policy.
  • Customers must contact the vendor directly for return instructions.
  • NouBess does not process refunds or exchanges for affiliated products.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service at info@noubess.com or (800) 376-9456 to request a return.
  2. Receive a return shipping label via email within 2-3 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Attach the provided return label and drop the package off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Tracking details are also emailed upon shipment.

Stock Availability & Backorders

  • Most items ship within 24-48 hours.
  • In rare cases, items may be out of stock. If an item is backordered, you will receive an email notification with options to:

    ✔ Receive a store credit
