Shipping and Return

Orders will be packed within 24-48 hours, and delivery is between 1 and 3 business days.

We use USPS Ground to ship our products to the USA. In most cases, this is the least expensive shipping method. We may choose to ship via UPS if it will help speed up or reduce the cost of shipping the item to you. We will let you know in advance.


International shipping is limited. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship overseas via the website. 


At checkout, you will be prompted to add your zip code and shipping state for your item(s). The destination address of your order determines shipping costs and the combined shipping weight of all items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our products to the USA. Regular delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and US territorial possessions is via USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail and takes approximately 3 to 12 days.  

We may charge FREE SHIPPING from time to time as a promotion. The notification will be posted on the website. 


We want you to love your NouBess purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This return policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products purchased on

General Return Conditions:

    • All returns must be initiated within 20 days of purchase.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.
    • NouBess reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Specific Return Guidelines:

Hot and Spicy Sauce, Seasoning and Spices:

    • NouBess is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products because they are perishable items. For food safety reason, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.

    •  All of our condiments, seasonings and spices, herbs are of the highest quality and we stand by our products.  If you have an issue with a product please contact us within 20 days of your order and we will provide a replacement after our review.

    •  If you received the wrong product or a shipment was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of damaged product.

    3rd Party Merchandise:

      • For Merch, please refer to our partner return policy. We will contact our partners to process returns for their merchandise.

    3rd Party Home and Entertainment Products:

      • At NouBess, we want to ensure you're fully satisfied with all our 3rd party products. They go to great lengths to ensure product quality and quality assurance through the shipment process. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the product costs provided you have requested a Return Authorization Number first.
      • Return Authorizations must be requested within 21 days of the receipt date of the items. If products are damaged, we may require a digital photo of the items in question. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 21 days of receipt of the items. Replacements or refunds will not be issued after this time frame.  
      • At times, the shipping company will be required to investigate and evaluate damage claims. Contact us to submit your request for return authorization and receive return instructions. Please note that only 1 replacement order will be issued for any damage/defective claims. It is recommended to inspect your full order upon receipt. 
      • Also note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

      Return Process:

        1. Contact NouBess customer service via email at or phone at (800) 376-9456 to initiate your return.
        1. You will receive a return shipping label via email within 2-3 business days.
        1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
        1. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
        1. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
        1. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.


        • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
        • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

        • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
        • International returns are not accepted.

      Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Due to the volume of orders and our extensive inventory, some items may be out of stock in rare cases. If any items are on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email with options to make a substitution or to ship without and have a credit issued.


      If you seek the status of your order, we request that you sign in to your account to track your package. We will often send you your tracking information by email if requested.       When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

      Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the shipping companies' policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
