Shipping & Returns

Orders will be packed within 24 hours and delivery is between 1 and 5 business days.

We use USPS Ground to ship our products to the USA. In most cases, this is the least expensive method for shipment. We may choose to ship via UPS if it will help speed up or reduce the cost of shipping the item to you. We will let you know in advance.

We do ship for up to six items, however, larger orders will require a physical address for delivery.


International shipping is limited. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship overseas via the website. 

How shipping is calculated.

At checkout, you will be prompted to add your zip code and shipping state for your item(s). Shipping costs are determined by the destination address of your order and the combined shipping weight of all items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our products to the USA. Regular delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions is via USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail and takes approximately 3 to 12 days.  

As of April 23, 2020 we are charging a flat rate shipping only. We may charge FREE SHIPPING from time to time as a promotion. The notification will be posted on the website 

Return Policy

Here at and Gemma’s Living LLC, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will give you a refund or store credit. Just return the unused, unopened product to us within 15 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we have shipped the wrong item to you. It is necessary that you contact us at for a designated return number first. If your items arrive broken, please let us know as soon as possible. All shipments are insured. 


Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Due to the volume of orders and our extensive inventory, in rare cases, some items may be out of stock. If any items are on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email with options to make a substitution or to ship without and have a credit issued.

Order Status

If you are seeking status on your order, we request sing into your account to track your package. In many cases, we will send you your tracking information by email if requested. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
