The finished dish has a tangy and a hint of pepper. The more Hot and Spicy Pineapple with Herbs blend you add, the spicier the dish will be. Enjoy!

Serve: 4; Prep Time: 15 min; Cook Time: 15 min; Total Time: 30 min
4 carrots, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1/4 teaspoon hot and spicy pineapple with herbs blend
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup dried cherries
Clean carrots, remove skin, slice and set aside. Add butter to the pan to melt. Add hot and spicy pineapple with herbs blend and cook for 1 - 2 seconds. Add carrots and saute for about 2 - 3 minutes while stirring. Add dried cherries and almond. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking for about 4 - 6 mins or until the carrots are a bit tender but still crispy. Remove from pan and serve.
